Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years of age to use 518 Pulse. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You can delete your account and your associated data at any time using the in-app account deletion option. When you request deletion, we remove your votes, replies, profile, preferences, follows, blocks, and other data linked to your account. Some information may be retained where required for legal compliance, safety, or abuse prevention.

Users may not post, upload, or promote:

• Threats, violence, or encouragement of harm.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or targeted abuse.
• Hate or discriminatory content directed at protected groups.
• Sexual content, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors.
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or deceptive business activity.
• Private personal information without consent.
• Illegal activity or instructions to commit illegal activity.
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• Graphic, shocking, or intentionally disturbing content.
• Content that turns people into objectified ratings or humiliation targets.

Users can report content that violates these rules directly inside the app using the Report button on any post, reply, or comment. Reports include the content ID, reporting user, reason, date/time, and moderation status. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

Users can block abusive users wherever public interaction exists. Blocking prevents the blocked user's content from appearing in your feed and stops direct interactions between the two accounts.

518 Pulse may take any of the following actions to enforce these guidelines:

• Remove content that violates these rules.
• Hide content pending review.
• Restrict account features.
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts.
• Preserve information when required for safety, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

Decisions regarding content removal or account actions are at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of the content you create on 518 Pulse, including poll responses, comments, and profile information. By posting content, you grant 518 Pulse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform and for promotional purposes.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. 518 Pulse does not endorse user-generated content and is not liable for any content posted by users.

The 518 Pulse name, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Genetica. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission.

• 518 Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform.
• We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party links, or interactions between users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genetica and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of 518 Pulse.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of 518 Pulse after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Your use of 518 Pulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
